Requirements
- Have a clean driving record
- Be subjected to a back ground check
- Operate a Service Tablet/ Computer
- Good communication
- Timely and reliable
- This position is required to run and on- call schedule one day a week and every 5th weekend.
- Knowledge of Lennox, Carrier, Goodman, and Trane Equipment.
- Need to be able to work on damper systems.
- Mini-split equipment knowledge is preferred.
- Understanding of different types of Thermostats and communicating systems.
- EPA Certification is a Must.
- Know and understand current Codes and be able to perform work to meet such codes.
This job may require long hours or weekends in the busy season. There is room for growth in hourly rate after a 90 day review period is completed.
