Matt B. Was excellent, called to let me know he was on his way and was 10 minutes away. He was polite and professional. He explained clearly what he was going to do a d how long it should take. After the maintenance, he suggested a few option to consider to consider to either improve our system or help with future maintenance, such as duct cleaning. Everything went smoothly and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend their yearly contract.

Tanner and Yuri came today to replace my breaker panel. They both worked hard throughout the 8-9 hours they were here. As always, everything was well explained to me, along with pictures of every step. Both young men were extremely cordial, professional and respectful. I won’t hesitate to call on Waggoner’s again when needed. Their employees do such a wonderful job every time they’re here!

I got to interact with Billy T again today! He was very professional, kind, and explained everything he did for the preseason heater checkup. Billy made sure to answer all my questions and didn’t leave until he was sure I was satisfied with his work. He is so helpful! I still recommend Waggoner’s for your service needs

I’m updating since it won’t let me write another review! Brandon came today to do a seasonal check up on my air conditioner system. He was very polite, personable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. I still highly recommend Waggoner’s. Their employees have always been excellent!

Billy came to check my heater. He was prompt, friendly, professional and a great communicator. He worked so hard for 2 hours to try to fix my 31 year old heater. In the end, it couldn’t be fixed, but that’s ok. He’s one of the hardest workers I’ve encountered in a while. He’s also very persistent! I so appreciate all he did for me today! I will continue to use Waggoner’s cause they have the best employees!
