I have been very impressed with Waggoner’s customer service, honesty, and the quality of their work. I first connected with Waggoner’s when I had them come out to give an estimate for a new furnace due to being informed by a previous company I was using that the furnace would create safety concerns due to a part eroding. I wanted to get multiple quotes for these replacements and Waggoners had come highly recommended by several colleagues. When Silver, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my questions, came to provide quotes she also notified me that there was a potential that the part that was prompting need for a replacement could still be under warranty, something that was not mentioned by any of the other companies I had spoken to. She even called Carrier on my behalf the next day to check and confirmed that it was still under warranty. This saved me around $5000!!! Waggoners then quoted me a fair price for labor/installation and Edgar did a great job of quickly getting the furnace fixed and operating safely! Waggoner’s will definitely be my new heat and air company moving forward!

I’m always happy with Waggoners! I bought a maintenance plan when my AC needed servicing in the summer. I forgot about it and they proactively called me to schedule it. Edgar and AJ were efficient, pleasant and even wore booties so they didn’t track in mud from their previous job.

The largest factor in determining the cost of a new well is the depth of your well. Unfortunately, in order to calculate the actual depth of your well, a Waggoners Services expert will have to drill into it. Other factors that determine the cost of a new well are the type of well system (standard or constant pressure), the size of the tank, the horsepower of the pump, and the distance of the well to your house. Additionally, we take public information on other wells in your area into consideration upon calculating the cost of a new well.
Once the permit is granted and received, it typically takes on average, about a week’s time to drill a new well. This process includes drilling the well, hooking it up, and testing the water. However, it cannot be guaranteed, especially during summer. It is always best to apply for the permit at least a month in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly and you may want to consider having Waggoners Services apply for the permit on your behalf for accuracy as the application process is something that might not be familiar to you.
Well pumps are rated in GPM (Gallons per Minute). A typical three to four bedroom house requires around eight to 12 GPM. When determining your home water needs, add one GPM for every water fixture in your home. A Waggoners Services plumbing expert will also be able to accurately calculate what size well pump is needed for your home and water needs.
The type of pump, its depth, location, and the size of your well all determine the cost of replacing and/or installing a submersible well pump. Have a trusted Waggoners Services plumbing expert assess your home and water needs to get a quote on the cost to install a submersible well pump.
If you notice your well pump is running constantly, it is highly likely there is a larger underlying problem with your pump. Potential issues with your well pump could be a leak in the drop pipe, air leaks in the impeller of the pump casing, faulty check valves inside of the well pump, and/or a damaged foot valve at the bottom of your well. If your well pump is running constantly, call a Waggoners Services repair expert to help resolve the issue.
If your well pump is properly maintained, it should be okay to turn off your well pump. When doing so, it’s also a good idea to shut off the power to the hot water heater. In rare cases, a broken water line can siphon water out of the hot water heater, causing damage to the unit. It’s important to have your well pump properly maintained by a Waggoners Services professional at least once a year.
